New Way to Apply Conditional Formatting by Category in Power BI!

Learn about an update included with the February 2023 release of Power BI Desktop that makes applying conditional formatting by category (text) very easy to do. Before this release a solution like this would require a dedicated DAX measure to convert categories (text) to numbers before using it in the conditional formatting menu.
